The Turkish Wells are a unique rock formation in the town of Krupina in the locality of Štrampľoch. There are rock shelters carved in stone. It is said that people used this place for protection during the Turkish raids. There was a quarry in this locality and it is believed that it was used in the past by people for building materials for the buildings in the town.
