General Directorate of the HGVs

The building belonging to the State Institute for the Improvement of Trades became the seat of the local school. Later, after the Second World War, the former Stalin's factories took it over and set up the general headquarters of the ZŤS - Heavy Engineering Plants. The building is a national cultural monument and was built in the style of traditionalist modernism. It is striking for its grandeur, but also for its architectural design.
