The Evangelical church was built at the beginning of the thirteenth century, originally it was Romanesque, but in the middle of the fifteenth century it was rebuilt. In the middle of the eighteenth century it underwent Baroque reconstruction. The door to the church dates from 1603, the all-wood tower at the church dates from 1697 and the choir from 1763. Inside, there is an altarpiece said to date from the second half of the sixteenth century. The church is built on the site of an older hillfort. It is possible that it was originally a rotunda at the fortress, which was expanded in later times.
