Jozef Cíger Hronský Memorial House. In the authentic premises of the writer's house you will find a permanent exhibition that offers a comprehensive view of one of the most important representatives of the Slovak post-revolutionary creation. Jozef Cíger Hronský was a teacher, from 1933 he worked as a secretary and later as an administrator of the Slovak Matrix. He significantly influenced the development of Slovak prose with his extensive work. After his departure abroad, he painted and worked in compatriot cultural associations, and in 1959 he founded the Foreign Slovak Matrix.
