Budova miesta evanjelickej ľudovej školy

Thanks to Maria Theresa's decision on uniform school attendance, a so-called normal school was established in Krupina. On the corner of the main square, the town erected buildings with Protestant and Catholic classes for a folk or primary school. Ondrej Braxatoris, the father of Andrej Sládkovič, also an organist in the evangelical church, and Samuel Kaunic, well-known enlightened authors of literary, historical and modern agricultural works, also taught in the evangelical school.
